REGULAMIN

The hotel management will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which is to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.

1. A hotel room is rented for days.
2. The hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day.
3. If the guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
4. A wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the hotel guest at the reception desk by 9.00 a.m. on the closing date of the room rental.
5. If possible, the hotel takes into account the wish to extend the hotel day. Extending your stay until 17:00 will incur an additional fee of 50% of the room price, after 17:00 a fee of 100% of the room price will be charged.
6. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will enable us to react immediately.
7. The hotel is obliged to provide:
   - conditions for the full and unhindered rest of the guest,
   - security of stay, including keeping information about the guest secret,
   - cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repair of devices during the guest's absence, and in the event of his presence only if he agrees and wishes,
   - if possible, a different room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience when the defects in the room cannot be removed.
8. At the guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
   - provides information related to the stay and travel,
   - wake up at a specified time,
   - storing money and valuables during the guest's stay at the hotel,
   - storage of the luggage of guests registered at the hotel.
9. The hotel is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of Art. 846 - 849 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
10. The guest should notify the hotel reception about the damage immediately after its discovery.
11. The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk.
12. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.
13. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
14. Each time when leaving the room, the guest should check if the door is locked and leave the key at the reception desk.
15. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
16. People who are not checked in at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
17. The hotel is subject to curfew from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. The dates on which parties and other celebrations are held at the hotel are a deviation from this provision. The guest will not make claims for disturbing the quiet hours in the event that he was previously informed about the above-mentioned ceremonies.
18. Smoking and tobacco products are strictly forbidden in the hotel part and the rooms. A fine of PLN 500 will be imposed for breaking the ban. Smoking guests are welcome to designated zones in the hotel. We accept pets for an additional fee.
19. The guest bears all responsibility for the animal and any damage caused by it. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the hotel room equipment.
